Yesterday, Virginia Governor Ralph Northam announced both Innovairre’s $4.85 million investment in our Bedford County, Virginia facility and our commitment to the community.
In his announcement Governor Northam stated, “As one of the largest employers in Bedford County, Innovairre Communications is incredibly valuable to the region’s economy, and I am pleased this global company has chosen to reinvest in Virginia…. To stay competitive in a 21st-century economy with ever-evolving industries, it is important to modernize equipment and retrain employees to learn new skills and processes. This investment is a testament to the Commonwealth’s skilled pipeline of talent and competitive business environment, and we are confident that Innovairre will continue to thrive in Bedford County.”
Maybe it goes without saying that any progressive company has an obligation to its clients to bring the best solutions possible. To ensure that the charities and clients we serve derive the best possible results, Innovairre has invested more than $20 million globally in the last 36 months in state-of-the-art technology and employee training. These investments have proven to substantially improve the relevancy and efficiency of our clients’ communications, while delivering consistently strong revenue from a multichannel strategy. But as Governor Northam indicates, these technology investments pay off in other ways, too.
Smart tech investments are helping sustain U.S. manufacturing jobs and capabilities. The careers we are now creating are healthy for both mind and body. These are attractive careers for both motivated high school and college graduates.
With these investments in tech, our staff remains challenged, engaged, and competitive in the marketplace.
In short, tech investments are good for the clients we serve, the people we employ, and the communities in which we live. It is a true win-win-win. We like to say, “We help people who help people.” In this circumstance, we’re glad to partner with Virginia state officials who are supporting the people of the Commonwealth… we’re happy to support our staff that assists many of the most important charities… and we’re always overjoyed to partner with nonprofits who do truly meaningful work.
